Guido Roncallo as Lefty

Guido Roncallo is a native Floridian, born and raised in Miami. He entered military service in 1968 and spent the war years in North Dakota, Illinois, Florida and Alabama. Along the way, he received an engineering degree from the University of Florida (favorite courses- physics and calculus, if that tells you anything about how artistic he was in the first half of his life). Moving to Cocoa Beach, Florida in 1984, he settled into the quiet hum of life until meeting an actor who suggested that he and his wife give acting a try. Uh-oh. They were both "bitten" about four years ago, and have enjoyed both the art and the people involved immensely.

"Acting has freed up a side of me which was always there but never tapped into," he says, "and what better way to present who I am- this cross between analytic and artistic- than by being Lefty in this wonderful film?" He greatly enjoys the freedom that film provides, and the ability to explore and create, and prefers roles which are stretches ("I think I'm a pretty boring guy."). He admires and appreciates all the people who work so hard for so long to create a film, and hopes that he does their efforts justice when he is called upon to make their characters come to life.

"I sincerely thank Derek, Anna, Krystian, Ian, and Tracy for this opportunity. And of course thanks to all those who worked so hard to make it wonderful."
